Terms of Service

1. About the Service

Printify Bulk Uploader is an independent tool built for Printify sellers to upload product images in bulk to their Printify Media Library. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Printify. “Printify” is a trademark of its respective owner.

The Service connects to Printify via their documented public API using your Printify API token. You must comply with Printify's own terms, policies, and API usage guidelines when using your Printify account with the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Attempting to circumvent Printify's or our technical or rate limits.
• Using the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

You are responsible for complying with Printify's own terms and policies when using your Printify account and API token.

5. API tokens and security

You are responsible for keeping your Printify API token and any other credentials secure. Do not share your token with others or embed it in public code repositories. You can revoke your token at any time from your Printify account if you believe it has been compromised.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly compatible with all Printify features at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Refunds

Because Printify Bulk Uploader is a digital subscription service, all fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue or believe a charge was made in error, you may contact us within three (3) days of your initial purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy and applicable law.

We do not provide refunds for subscription time that has already passed, for renewals beyond the initial three (3) day window, or for accounts that have made substantial use of the Service during the billing period.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update or modify the Service over time, for example to add new features or improve performance. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the “Last updated” date below.
